Products returned for any reason other than warranty repair must be returned in re-sealable condition within thirty (30) days from the date of original purchase, and are subject to thirty percent (30%) restocking charge. A copy of the original invoice shall accompany all returns. Customer shall prepay all shipping charges for all returns, and ensure the method of shipping is not ground service.
If you believe your unit to be defective:
Almost all technical issues can be resolved by technical support (email@example.com). In the rare event that technical support cannot correct the problem, you will be provided with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
No returns will be accepted without a valid RMA number!
Required conditions for returned products:
- Your returned package must contain all original materials, including boxes, cables, disks.
- Please do not write on the original manufacturer label or packaging.
- Include a copy of your invoice and RMA number with the returned product.
- Returns may be rejected if the product has been damaged during shipment.
NOTE: Under no circumstances will Amfeltec be liable in any way for damages, including any lost profits, lost savings or other incidental or consequential damages arising out of the use of, or inability to use, Amfeltec’s product(s).
