The patent granted, entitled "Telecommunication System for Improving Quality of Service", includes 20 claims and relates to an apparatus and methodology to improve telecommunication systems worldwide.

The patented apparatus and methodology not only prevents disconnection of the communication lines in case of the computer freezing or rebooting, they also allow for monitoring of remote stations regarding current state and system status. The patent is described in the granted patent abstract as:
"Telecommunication system servicing a plurality of telecommunication interface lines that allow improving a service quality by keeping connection on these lines in case of computer freezing and during to its restart (reboot)."
